I can’t find the USB Dongle. Is it missing?
No. The USB Receiver is stored inside the battery compartment of the mouse (or sometimes the keyboard) to prevent loss during shipping. Please open the mouse battery cover to find it.

Does this work with Bluetooth (iPad/Tablet)?
No. This is a 2.4GHz wireless combo that requires a standard USB-A port to plug in the receiver. It does not have Bluetooth connectivity.

Is the keyboard compatible with Mac?
Yes. It works with Mac computers. However, the shortcut keys (like copy/paste) will follow standard Windows mapping (Ctrl+C instead of Cmd+C), and some specific Mac function keys may not be available.
