FAQ

Can I use a 45W charger to charge a 65W laptop with this?
No. The adapter converts the plug shape, but it cannot create extra power. If your new laptop requires 65W, your old charger must provide at least 65W. Using a lower wattage charger may cause charging to stop or be extremely slow.

Does this transfer data or video to a monitor?
No. This adapter is strictly for Power/Charging only. It does not support data transfer (USB) or video output (HDMI/DisplayPort).

Will this work with Apple MagSafe?
It works with USB-C ports on MacBooks. It does not convert to the magnetic MagSafe connector, only to the standard oval USB-C port.
