These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website eagletechwireless.ca (the “Site”), operated by Eagle Tech Wireless (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a trusted electronics retail and mobile repair store in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products and Pricing

All products (mobile accessories, electronics) are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information.
Prices are listed in CAD and include HST (GST/HST). Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Product availability is subject to stock levels. We may cancel orders if items are out of stock and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via secure gateways (e.g., Stripe, square).
You must provide accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.
All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping for orders over $30 within Scarborough, GTA. Orders under $30 have a $5 flat fee.
Delivery time: 2-48 hours within service areas. Local pickup available at our Scarborough store.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for shipping damages unless reported within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. Contact us first for a return authorization.
Refunds processed within 7 business days to original payment method. Shipping costs non-refundable.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
